Welcome to the web page of the Barnhouse Boogie Band! Created in 2010, The Boogie Band is the creation of Al Trump, Grand Poobah and High Exalted Leader of the Allentown Hobo "Almost" Marching Band. Al was approached by the management of Coca-Cola Park, who wanted a small but lively pep band to entertain the crowds during Iron Pigs home games. They love the Hobos, but with 15 to 30 members it's just a little too much "band" to do what they want. Enter the Boogie Boys! Created from the "Micro Band" size group, we do the usual hobo style stuff and more. We're a lot more animated (as if the Hobos are dull) and goofy, and will be singing, dancing, and swaying to the rhythm as we roam the audience.
